Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology

The Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology (MJLST) is a multidisciplinary peer-reviewed journal published twice annually, edited by faculty from across the University of Minnesota as well as by law students. MJLST addresses issues in intellectual property, technology policy and innovation, bioethics, and law and science, while maintaining a rigorous grounding in law, values, and policy.

The journal is available to subscribers as a hard-copy print journal. The full text for each volume is now available online simultaneously to the print publication at mjlst.umn.edu. Two issues are published per year. MJLST is a journal based at the University of Minnesota Law School staffed by law students, but is overseen and managed by the Consortium on Law and Values in Health, Environment & the Life Sciences of which InSTePP is a member.
